A tapered urethral sound in solid stainless steel, graduating from 3mm at the tip to 6mm at the base. The smooth, polished surface and gradual taper let you work at your own pace, finding the depth and width that works for you.
At 100mm total length with 95mm insertable, there's enough length for deeper exploration without being unwieldy. Stainless steel is non-porous, easy to sterilise, and compatible with any sterile lubricant.
