Liberation X ships all UK orders over £45.00 free of charge. Your order will be delivered using Royal Mail Tracked 48, and you will be sent a Royal Mail tracking number on dispatch. Expected delivery is within 2 working days in the UK.

All UK orders placed using the Royal Mail delivery service between Monday and Friday are dispatched the same day, so if you place your order before 12 noon, 95% of UK orders will arrive within 2 working days.

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5.99, arrives the next day for 95% of orders, though a time is not specified
• Royal Mail Special Delivery (SPD1): £10.99, guaranteed delivery by 1pm, order by 12 noon
• Royal Mail International (OTC): £16.95, European destinations typically take 2 to 7 working days
• UK Courier: £4.99, 2 to 3 days
• International Courier: £23.95, 3 to 7 days

Please place your orders by 12 noon GMT to ensure they are processed the same day. During busy periods delivery times may take longer. UK and international orders over 2kg will be sent by courier.

Yes. If you live in the UK and you would rather not have your parcel delivered to your home, you have the option of it being sent to a participating local Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point, where you can collect it yourself.

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you when we dispatch your order. You can track it at royalmail.com/track-your-item. Type in your 13 character reference number and press the Track item button. Please do not add spaces or hyphens, and always check the reference number is correct.

Typically, Royal Mail will leave you a card with instructions on arranging the redelivery of your order. Alternative delivery companies may leave a card, send an SMS or email you with instructions to follow.

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. The name displayed will be SRLX Trading. Payments on your card or bank statement are also displayed as SRLX Trading.

No. The name on your bank statement will show as SRLX Trading.

Yes. If the goods are in the same condition as they arrived, unworn, undamaged and with the packaging still sealed, Liberation X will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days.

Yes. Liberation X offers a 30 day replacement or refund policy on all faulty products. Please notify us about faulty or incorrect goods as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem quickly for you. Email post sales at service@liberation-x.com.

At Liberation X we aim to refund you within 7 days of receipt of your returned items.

As almost all orders are dispatched the same day, payment will usually be taken at the same time the order is placed, allowing for speedier processing.
