A padded collar in soft faux leather that sits comfortably around the neck, with attached nipple clamps that offer adjustable pressure. The clamps have silicone tips for a gentler grip, and you can dial the intensity up or down with the adjustment screws.
The clamps detach from the collar via clips, so you can use them separately if you want. Quick-release Velcro fastening on the collar makes it easy to get on and off, and all metal components are nickel-free.
