Choker-Padlock Choker W/ Rivets

A 25mm black rubber choker with a functional padlock mounted at the front and rivets running along the top and bottom edges. The buckle fastening at the back lets you adjust the fit, and the padlock comes with keys so you can lock and unlock it as you like.

Fits neck sizes from 30cm to 56cm. The strap comes intentionally long so you can trim it down to your exact size with sharp scissors once you know what works.
