A one-inch wide PVC choker with diamante mesh trim and a single chunky O-ring at the front. The sparkle adds a bit of flash, and the ring gives you an attachment point if you want to add a lead or chain.
Fastens at the back with an adjustable buckle that fits neck sizes between 29cm and 48cm. The strap comes long so you can trim it down to your exact size with sharp scissors once you know what works.
