Description
A statement choker in glossy PVC trimmed with sparkling diamante mesh and finished with a decorative padlock. The buckle fastening adjusts to fit neck sizes between 29cm and 48cm, and the strap comes deliberately long so you can trim it down to your exact size with sharp scissors once you've found the right fit.
The padlock is decorative rather than functional, but it adds a nice visual detail to the front of the choker.
