Material matters here. Soft silicone feels skin-like and warms to the body. Hard ABS plastic is firm and easy to clean. Glass and stainless steel feel cool, smooth and weighted. Avoid anything labelled "jelly" or made from unlabelled materials - these can contain phthalates and absorb bacteria over time.
