A rubber bow tie with a polished O-ring at the centre. The bow slides onto a 1-inch choker strap that fastens at the back with a buckle, so you can adjust the fit and position the bow exactly where you want it.
The strap adjusts to fit neck sizes from 29cm to 51cm, giving you plenty of room to get the fit right.
