Free Shopping Basket Promotion
1. Promotion Name The promotion is called Free Shopping Basket Promotion. 2. Prize Two (2) lucky winners each month will receive their shopping basket free, awarded as a full refund of their completed order, including delivery charges. No cash or other alternative will be offered. 3. Who Can Enter All orders placed within a calendar month are eligible to enter the draw. 4. How to Enter Entry is automatic with a qualifying purchase. Each order counts as one entry. One entry per order, not per customer. 5. Promotion Start Date The promotion starts on 1 January 2026 and will run until further notice. 6. Draw & Winner Selection o Two (2) winning order numbers will be selected every month. o The draw will be conducted by Madam-X, who will randomly pick two order numbers from a bucket. o The draw will be filmed/recorded and shared on our social media platforms. 7. Winner Announcement Winners will be announced during the first week of the following month. (Example: January winners will be announced in the first week of February.) 8. Refund Details o The refund applies to the winning order placed within the relevant month. o The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. o Delivery charges are included in the refund. o No cash exchange is permitted. 9. Winner Notification Winners will be contacted by email, and a refund receipt will be provided. 10. Refund Timing Refunds will be processed within the first week of the month following the draw. (Example: refunds for January winners will be issued in the first week of February.) 11. Changes to the Promotion Any amendment, suspension, or cancellation of the promotion will be announced on our website and social media channels at least one month in advance, ensuring it does not interfere with an ongoing competition.
