A padlock is mounted upon a 1 inch black PVC choker, and fastened at the back with a buckle. Also comes with the keys for the padlock. This gorgeous choker fits from a 12 inch (30cm) to a 22 inch (56cm) size neck. Prong cut all their chokers with a long strap which can simply be cut down to size with a sharp scissors for a perfect fit.
