WHAT ARE THE UK DELIVERY CHARGES AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Liberation X will ship all UK orders over £45.00 FREE of charge.

Your order will be delivered using Royal Mail Tracked 48. On dispatch of your order, you will be sent a Royal Mail tracking number. Expected delivery within 2 working days in the UK.

All UK orders placed using the Royal Mail delivery service and received between Monday and Friday are dispatched the same day, therefore if you place your order before 12 noon, 95% of UK orders will arrive within 2 working days (Royal Mail 48 Service).

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.99 FREE on orders over £45.00

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £5.99 will arrive (95%) the next day, however time not specified.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (SPD1)- £10.99 Guaranteed delivery by 1pm (must order by 12 noon)

Please place your orders by 12 noon GMT to ensure they are processed the same day.

Royal Mail International (OTC) £16.95 Orders to European destinations typically take 2 to 7 working days.

UK Courier – 2-3 days £4.99

International Courier- 3-7 days £23.95

Please note: during busy periods delivery times may take longer.

UK and International Orders over 2kg will be sent by courier.

WILL MY PACKAGING BE DISCREET?

Yes! All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. The name displayed will be SRLX TRADING. Payments on your card/bank statement are also displayed as SRLX TRADING.

DO YOU OFFER CLICK AND LOCAL COLLECT?

Yes! If you live in the UK and you’d rather not have your parcel delivered to your home, you have the option of it being sent to a participating local Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point, where you can collect it yourself.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you when we dispatch your order. You can track your order online at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item To use 'Track your item', just type in your 13-character reference number and press the 'Track item' button. Please don't add spaces or hyphens, and always check the reference number is correct.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT AT HOME?

Typically, Royal Mail will leave you a card with instructions on arranging the redelivery of your order. Alternative delivery companies may leave a card/SMS or email you with instructions to follow.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, and most countries Worldwide

WHERE ARE MY GOODS BEING DISPATCHED FROM?

All goods are dispatched from our warehouse in the UK.

CAN I RETURN UNWANTED ITEMS?

Yes! If the goods are in the same condition as they arrived, unworn, undamaged, and packaging still sealed, Liberation X will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days.

CAN I RETURN FAULTY GOODS?

Yes! Liberation X offers a 30-day replacement or refund policy on all faulty products.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

At Liberation X we aim to refund you within 7 days of receipt of your returned items.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal.

WILL ‘LIBERATION X’ SHOW ON MY BANK STATEMENT?

No! The Name on your bank statement will show as SRLX Trading.

WHEN DO YOU TAKE PAYMENTS FROM ME?

As almost all orders are dispatched the same day, payment will usually be taken at the same time the order is being placed, allowing for speedier processing.

HOW SECURE IS MY INFORMATION WHEN I PLACE AND ORDER?

Here at Liberation X we value your security as top priority, and you can enjoy peace of mind from our ‘3D Secure’ to guard your details when you order online with us.
