An extra large padlock is mounted upon a 1 inch black rubber choker, and fastened at the back with a buckle. Also comes with the keys for the padlock. This choker fits from a 12 inch (30cm) to a 22 inch (56cm) size neck.
Prong cut all chokers with a long strap - this can be simply cut down with sharp scissors when you know your size!
